DOUBLE SPIKE - PoultryNet™ 12/42/3 Electric Netting KIT (48"X164')
PoultryNet 42 is an electrifiable prefabricated fence, which is easier to handle and a little less prone to sagging.
It arrives at your door as a complete roll with the posts already built into the mesh/fence.
White vertical plastic strings are "welded" to black and white electro-plastic horizontal strings. They are supported by 1/2 in. diameter white plastic PVC posts--which are spaced throughout the netting. Each post has a small, steel spike that is to be inserted into the ground for support.
Just attach a fence energizer and it's ready to keep poultry in and their predators out.
Uses:
Contain and control the movement of chickens, ducks and other poultry.
Prevent raccoons, coyotes, dogs, and other predators from killing poultry.
Rotate poultry to fresh grass as a food source and reduce disease risks.
Double spikes: Double-spike posts are now available for all nets that are 42 in. or taller. They support the net better when soils are moist, sandy or loose.
Why the addition of double spikes?
Requests from customers - particularly those with less hand strength which allows foot pressure to be applied to the net post itself.
A recognition that some customers don't have to deal with clay-loam soils and hot, dry summers. Double spike nets are not easy to put into dry, hard soils.
The addition of taller nets to our inventory.They cannot be pushed as easily into the ground as small nets because you cannot lean on the nets while pushing.

Keep out: deer, bear, raccoons, rabbits and skunks
